Overview

The Career and Personal Counselling Centre offers a confidential, supportive and safe space where students can discuss personal, academic, or emotional concerns. The trained counsellor provides one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and crisis intervention, fostering resilience and wellbeing. Services are open to all enrolled students, with flexible appointment booking via emails or walk-ins. The centre aims to ensure quality support, helping students thrive both academically and personally.

  • To foster a supportive campus climate by promoting mental-health awareness.
  • To equip students with resilience-building techniques to deal with academic and personal challenges.
