Mentoring Staff Advisory Programme

Overview

The Mentoring Staff Advisory Committee plays a vital role in supporting students’ academic, personal, and professional development through a structured mentoring system. The committee ensures that every student is guided by a faculty mentor who provides continuous academic support, monitors progress, and offers timely guidance to address academic or personal challenges. Through regular mentor–mentee interactions, the programme aims to enhance student engagement, improve learning outcomes, and promote overall well-being. The committee also acts as a link between students, faculty, and institutional support systems, thereby fostering a nurturing and inclusive academic environment within the college.
