I am an Assistant Professor in Chemistry with 15 years of undergraduate teaching experience. I completed my schooling from Mae de Deus High School, Aldona. I pursued HSSC and then B.Sc. in Chemistry from Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College, Assagao. I then completed M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from Goa University in 2010. I later qualified CSIR-UGC NET for lectureship (August 2011) with an All-India Rank of 38. I did PhD from K K Birla BITS Pilani Goa Campus in 2015. I have 8 scopus publications to my credit. My research focuses on the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds using environmentally benign reaction media.

- Had organised UGC sponsored One Day State Level Seminar entitled “Advances in Colloid Chemistry” at Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts & Science on 14th February 2015 and I was the convener for the same.
- Was in the organising committee of Regional Workshop on “Research Based Pedagogical Tools (RBPTs) for Undergraduate Science Teachers” organised by Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts & Science (Autonomous) in association with Department of Biotechnology (DBT) / Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India at Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts & Science (Autonomous) during 5th to 7th March 2020.
