Overview

The Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) is a statutory and student-centric body established to address grievances of students in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The Cell acts as a platform where students can voice their academic, administrative, or personal concerns without fear of discrimination or reprisal. It aims to promote a healthy and harmonious learning environment by ensuring justice and accountability in institutional processes. The SGRC follows a structured mechanism for receiving, examining, and resolving complaints, while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality. Through its proactive and responsive approach, the Cell reinforces trust between students and the institution and upholds the principles of equity, dignity, and student welfare.
