My name is Aditya Redkar. I work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Science & Impact Assessment at Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts & Science (Autonomous), Goa. I was born and brought up in Joida, a place located within the Kali Tiger Reserve, a core region of Western Ghats, which inspired my strong interest in forest and the biodiversity. I hold an M.Sc in Environmental Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and have qualified UGC-NET. I have worked as a Project Coordinator at Prakrutiparv Green Pvt. Ltd. Pune for two years and worked as an Assistant professor at H. V. Desai College, Pune for one year. My work focuses on integrating academic concepts with real-world field application.
