As part of the Industrial Biotechnology Curriculum, the T.Y. Biotechnology students of the Department of Biotechnology had the opportunity to visit the Paul John Distillery located at the Paul John Visitor Centre, Cuncolim Industrial Area, Cuncolim, Goa. This industrial visit provided valuable insights into the practical applications of biotechnology in the beverage and distillery industry, allowing students to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world processes.
