Overview
The Career and Personal Counselling Centre offers a confidential, supportive and safe space where students can discuss personal, academic, or emotional concerns. The trained counsellor provides one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and crisis intervention, fostering resilience and wellbeing. Services are open to all enrolled students, with flexible appointment booking via emails or walk-ins. The centre aims to ensure quality support, helping students thrive both academically and personally.
Objectives
- To help one understand and manage emotions & thoughts.
- To support personal growth, self-awareness, and decision-making.
- To foster a supportive campus climate by promoting mental-health awareness.
- To equip students with resilience-building techniques to deal with academic and personal challenges.
- To provide timely intervention for stress, anxiety, or any other mental health concern.
